Work Starts on Daley Center

Grading has been completed and construction is under way on the $13-million first phase of the Daley Corporate Center, a $130-million, master-planned mixed-use business park in the Kearny Mesa district of San Diego.

The project is a development of the Hooberman Group and Oldstone Development Corp., and is being marketed by Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage Services in San Diego.

The center’s 100-acre site is just west of Interstate 15, bounded by Balboa Avenue on the north and Aero Drive on the south. The project consists of 1,065,000 square feet of office and research-and-development space and more than 30,000 square feet of commercial space.
