Lomita : Building Limits on Agenda
The City Council this week decided to hold another public meeting before voting on a proposed new building height ordinance.
A joint study session will be held by the council and the Planning Commission on Dec. 22 at 5:30 p.m.
The new ordinance was originally intended to protect hillside homeowners’ views, but the council also wants to hear about the proposal’s impact on privacy and solar energy.
