CXC Signs Pacts With 3 Foreign Firms

CXC Corp., an Irvine-based maker of communications equipment, said it has signed business agreements with three large foreign electronic companies worth a potential $15 million to $20 million over the next three years.

The deals, which include stock purchases, technology exchanges and licensing agreements, were made with Societe Anonyme de Telecommunications of France, Autophon AG of Switzerland and Sony Corp. of Japan. The company declined to reveal the values of the individual pacts.

Formed in 1981, CXC manufactures voice and data technology computer products.
