Web of Life

Paul Conrad’s super cartoon (Nov. 12) showed Ronald Reagan in a spider’s web with this caption:

“O what a tangled web we weave,

When first we practice to deceive!”

But according to my recollection this is not the first time the man in the White House has deceived us. I feel he has lots of practice.

Here is another quotation, which is also applicable:
