McKesson Corp., San Francisco, announced a top management structure with the naming of four senior executives to newly created posts.
McKesson President and Chief Executive Thomas W. Field Jr., said Rex Malson, 54, and Kenneth Hicken, 58, have been named executive vice presidents for operations.
Alan Seelenfreund, 50, has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer, and John Wheaton, 57, has been named executive vice president-administration.
Field said the management reorganization becomes effective immediately and is the result of “changes in our business.” McKesson, once strictly a pharmaceutical company, now is involved as well in a wide range of consumer products.
