4 Die in Illinois as Plane Strikes Power Lines in Fog

HANNA CITY, Ill. —
A small plane flying in rain and fog struck power lines and crashed in a field three miles from the Greater Peoria Airport before dawn Tuesday, killing all four people aboard, authorities said. Federal aviation and safety officials were investigating the crash.
