San Gabriel : Reading of Zoning Law Set
The San Gabriel City Council on Dec. 16 will hold the first reading of a proposed ordinance providing for changes in multifamily dwelling standards in R-2 and R-3 zones.
The law would increase the required floor area in apartments and provide for increased setbacks and more landscaping. City Manager Bob Clute said the purpose is to increase the quality of apartments in the city by decreasing the density.
