President Reagan has been reported to complain: “There is bitter bile in my throat these days. I’ve never seen the sharks circling like they now are with blood in the water.”
Reagan forgets that during President Carter’s hostage crisis, he was one of the “sharks.”
Perhaps President Reagan owes President Carter an apology.
