Challenges of Fetal Medicine

I would like to commend Barry Siegel on his excellent series on fetal medicine--its complexities, challenges, wonders and moral dilemmas. He presented the gray areas in this most wondrous field of life. My heart goes out to the doctors and parents who have the courage to deal with these issues.
