Local News in Brief : Man’s Body Found in Simi Cemetery
Homicide detectives were investigating the discovery of a man’s body Monday in the Simi Valley Public Cemetery.
The body, of an unidentified man thought to be in his 20s, appeared to have a fractured skull, and Simi Valley police believe he was bludgeoned to death, Sgt. Bob Gardner said. An autopsy was scheduled for today, he said.
A Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District employee discovered the body during the morning, Gardner said.
