Unionized Greyhound bus drivers, mechanics and maintenance workers rejected a two-year contract calling for $27 million in wage and benefit concessions, officials said. Negotiators for the Greyhound Lines Inc. and the Amalgamated Transit Union agreed on a tentative pact Nov. 9, more than a week after the old contract expired Oct. 31. Greyhound Corp. Chairman John Teets has warned that the parent company would sell the Phoenix-based bus line if talks did not bring union concessions.
