2nd A-Plant Worker Dies

SURRY, Va. —
The second of six workers critically burned in a steam pipe rupture at Virginia Power Co.’s Surry Nuclear Power Station died Thursday at Norfolk General Hospital. Timothy Smith, 36, died from burns suffered in the accident Tuesday, a hospital spokeswoman said.
