Bank Executive to Work as Consultant

Roger D. Meyer has resigned as Palm Springs regional manager for real estate and appraisals at First Interstate Bank to become an independent consultant. He will maintain officers at 39857 Desert Sun Drive, Rancho Mirage, and 80783 Indio Blvd., Indio.
