Conversion Industries Inc., Pasadena, said New York state’s Department of Environmental Conservation issued a construction permit for the 11-megawatt, 400 ton-per-day, waste-to-energy project in Hudson Falls, N.Y. Conversion had acquired a 50% interest in New York-based Adirondack Resource Recovery Corp., which owns a 20% interest in the facility.
