Snow Disrupts Vienna

VIENNA — Traffic was snarled in and around Vienna on Monday after 12 inches of snow fell overnight in eastern and southern Austria. All freeways and thoroughfares in the Vienna area and in the northern part of Lower Austria province were clogged, with drivers struggling to reach offices and factories.
