San Juan Capistrano : City Workers Will Help Santa Answer His Mail
As Santa Claus makes plans to hold a breakfast for children today, the city’s Community Services Department has announced that it will help answer his mail.
Letters should be addressed to Santa Claus, the North Pole, c/o San Juan Capistrano Community Services Department, 31421 La Matanza St., San Juan Capistrano 92675.
The department’s Marcella Moreno said mail will be answered with a form letter. Her department also will answer letters to Santa addressed to local post offices. All letters must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope and should include the child’s name, Moreno said.
Santa will be the host at breakfast and invites children 4 to 11 to join him at the Old Fire Station Complex, 31421 La Matanza St. from 9 to 11 a.m. The cost per child is $3, which includes a puppet show and a photo taken with Santa. Ticket information is available at (714) 493-5911.
