Bank of America appointed Richard T. Griffith as chairman of the board of BankAmerica International, a wholly owned subsidiary that serves as an umbrella organization for international business.

Bank of America also announced the appointment of John M. Lloyd Jr. as president and managing director of international services for BankAmerica International, which is based in New York.
