Ontario Industrial Partners has purchased 505 acres to add to the 1,350 acres already under development as California Commerce Center at Ontario.
Purchased for more than $50 million, the site is north of the Pomona Freeway and south of Mission Boulevard between Haven and Archibald avenues. It is south of the California Commerce Center, whose western boundary is Haven Avenue and the Ontario International Airport.
The parcel will become part of Foreign Trade Zone 50-1, the only Southland foreign trade zone offering land for sale and large buildings for lease, according to David W. Ariss, managing director of the California Commerce Center.
