Registrar Updating County’s Voting Rolls

Share

An address verification program has been launched by the San Diego County registrar of voters in order to purge outdated records.

More than 500,000 postcards have already been mailed to those who voted in the November gubernatorial election, registrar officials said. Postcards will be mailed in the next few days to those who did not vote in the November election.

If the name and address on the card are correct, no action is necessary, officials said. If the person whose name is on the card has moved or for any other reason is no longer at that address, a line should be drawn through the address and the card returned to the mail carrier.
