Baby Rhino Gains 33 Lbs.

STUTTGART, West Germany —
Noel, one of the few rhinoceros babies born in 1986 in captivity, is thriving on her diet of about 20 quarts of her mother’s milk a day. Stuttgart Zoo Director Wilbert Neugebauer reported Friday that Noel has gained about 33 pounds since her birth Christmas Eve and now weighs 143 pounds.
