Cliff Ronning and Wally Schreiber each scored a goal and added two assists as Canada’s national hockey team defeated the United States, 6-1, in the Calgary Cup.

The victory gave the bronze medal to Team Canada, which had lost all three round-robin games, including a 5-3 upset by the Americans in the opening game of the tournament.
