Winning Hand will be unveiled on Thursday as the latest California Lottery instant ticket game. It will introduce a new method of being selected for the “Big Spin” grand prize show and will offer instant prizes of $50, $100 and $50,000. Like two previous instant ticket games, Winning Hand will utilize playing card symbols, three of which must match for the holder to win a prize. To be eligible for selection as a “Big Spin” finalist, a player must submit three tickets, each with a wheel symbol. There will be a side game enabling retailers of lottery tickets to win cash prizes.
