Springfield, a Brock Homes community of 86 single-family homes, opens this weekend in Canoga Park with 25 units priced from $185,000 to $235,000.

Three floor plans, ranging in size from 1,800 to 2,300 square feet, are offered with three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 and 3 baths.

First move-ins are scheduled for late February.

Three decorated models and a sales office are open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk at 23210 W. Vail Drive.
