Azusa : Nursing School Gets Grant

Azusa Pacific University’s School of Nursing has received a $353,500 grant from the federal Department of Health and Human Services’ Division of Nursing. The money will be used for a nursing education program.

Felicitas dela Cruz, who heads the project for the School of Nursing, said it is aimed at upgrading the knowledge and skills of registered nurses who are entering the field of home health care. The program will be offered in March and September, 1987.
