Freeze Snags Nakasone’s Visit to Warsaw Museum

WARSAW —
A burst water pipe in Warsaw’s historical museum, caused by the extreme cold, has meant the cancellation of a planned visit by Japanese Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone, a museum spokeswoman said Friday.
Nakasone, who arrived in the Polish capital Thursday on the last stage of a four-nation European tour, was scheduled to visit the museum as part of his itinerary.
