Vice Adm. Jones to Retire

WASHINGTON —
Vice Adm. Donald S. Jones, 58, the top military aide to Defense Secretary Caspar W. Weinberger, will retire on March 1 after more than 35 years of active service, the Pentagon announced Friday.
