The Four Seasons Hotel in Newport Beach has named Dan Camp to replace Klaus Tenter as general manager beginning Jan. 21.
Tenter, 43, opened the 314-room, $75-million luxury hotel in June. A spokesman at the chain’s Toronto headquarters said Tenter requested a transfer to Canada, where his family lives.
Camp, 35, most recently was general manager of The Mandalay in Dallas. He left that post when Four Seasons recently turned the hotel’s management over to the Marriott Corp.
