Systonetics Reports Loss for 3rd Quarter

Systonetics Inc. said it lost $410,000 for its fiscal 1987 third quarter ended Nov. 30, compared with a loss of $118,000 for the similar period last year. Revenue also declined to $1.35 million, a 43% drop from $2.4 million last year.

For the nine-month period, the company lost $1.18 million, compared to a year-earlier loss of $478,000. Revenue for the nine months fell 29% to $4.8 million from $6.8 million.

The Fullerton software systems company blamed the greater loss on the depressed computer market.
