Condominium Sales in Palm Desert Top 500

The development of Palm Valley Country in Palm Desert has reached the 500 mark in home sales, according to Sunrise Co., the developer of the 433-acre resort with 1,266 single-story condominiums fronting an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse, swimming pools and spas. Eight models are open at 76-200 Country Club Drive.
