Dana Corp.’s UAW workers ratified a contract.

United Auto Workers members at Dana Corp. plants in the Midwest overwhelmingly ratified a three-year contract Monday, the union said. The contract, approved 2,412 to 262, provides retroactive Christmas holiday pay, lump-sum bonuses in each contract year, pension and insurance improvements for retirees and early retirement incentives, the UAW said in Detroit. It covers 3,500 employees in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Illinois.
