To help manage its growing activities better, Nichols Institute said Monday that it has promoted two senior managers in the San Juan Capistrano firm’s major subsidiary, the Nichols Institute Reference Laboratories, and has delegated more authority to them. The company also promoted a manager at its Nichols Institute Diagnostics subsidiary.
