Two Citadel cadets involved in the racial hazing of a black freshman were stripped of their military scholarships and dismissed from the ROTC programs at the South Carolina military college, officials confirmed. Cadets Paul L. Koss of Leesburg, Fla., and Maurice F. Bostic Jr. of Lexington, S.C., were among five white students who admitted they hazed former cadet Kevin L. Nesmith of Charleston. The decisions do not affect the enrollment of either cadet at The Citadel.
