Computerbase International Inc., an Irvine designer and manufacturer of telecommunications systems and electronic devices, said it has signed four contracts totaling $1.8 million with three different companies.

One agreement teams the firm’s government systems division with Teledyne Inc., based in Florida. In a second contract, Wave Technologies Corp. has retained Computerbase to design and develop a time-measurement device used to test the speed of semi-conductor circuits, said Bill Hahn, the company’s executive vice president. Hahn said contract terms prohibit disclosure of information about the other two agreements.
