A federal agency accused Orkin Exterminating Co. of incorrectly applying a pesticide blamed by a woman for the stillbirth of her child. Orkil contains heptachlor and chlordane, a chemical that can cause flu-like symptoms and neurological problems such as memory loss, officials say.
