BOULDER, Mont. — Kenneth A. Miller, one of the two teen-agers charged with killing the parents of television actor Patrick Duffy, will go on trial March 9.
Miller and co-defendant Sean A. Wentz, both 19, will be tried separately, District Judge Frank Davis ruled Wednesday.
The youths are charged with two counts of homicide in the Nov. 18 shootings of Terrence and Marie Duffy, whose son plays Bobby Ewing on the television show “Dallas.” Wentz’s trial has not yet been scheduled.
