Hollywood Hailed

Bravo! An outstanding production! As a Hollywood native, I’m pleased to share that feeling, as Charles Champlin put it in his essay, “that Hollywood, with a past second to none, need not lack for a future.” I truly appreciate the overall attitude and variety of content, which offers a sense of pride in our past, open-mindedness about our present and optimism about our future.

Thank you, too, for causing me to read between the lines and reminisce about the vacant lots made into Victory gardens on La Cienega, lunch at the Pig ‘n’ Whistle, shopping at the Broadway, badminton at the Garden of Allah, Hollywood High School sports nights, etc.
