Swiss Pair Win 6-Hour Team Cycling Event

Urs Freuler and Daniel Gisiger of Switzerland won the six-hour two-man cycling race Saturday night at the Anoeta cycle track.

Freuler and Gisiger compiled 85 points in the race, followed Guido Bontempi and Moreno Argentin of Italy with 82.

Stefano Allochio and Francesco Moser of Italy were third at 66, followed by Eric Vanderaedern of Belgium and and Leo Vanliet of the Netherlands with 42. Charles Mottet and Laurent Fignon of France followed with 26 points.
