2 Hurt, 66 Rescued When Ski Lift Jams in Maine

KINGFIELD, Me. —
A broken cable caused a ski lift on Sugarloaf Mountain to snap to a halt Tuesday, injuring two people and forcing ski patrols to rescue 66 others from gondolas 90 feet above the slopes, officials said.
