LOS ANGELES COUNTY - News from Feb. 9, 1987

CalFed Inc., Los Angeles, named Roger G. Clarke president and chief investment officer of TSA, its trust and investment management subsidiary, and chief investment officer of its institutional investment subsidiary, TSA Capital Management. He is replacing Robert Arnott, who resigned to join a New York brokerage firm.

Also, T. Scott Wittman was named senior vice president of TSA Capital Management.
