What to Wear on the Freeway

This is in regards to a picture on the front page of the Orange County section last Sunday.
I couldn’t believe you had a picture of three beautiful people on the “Freeway Fast Track” using the car-pool lane without “seat belts.”
I thought seat belts are compulsory.

Seat belts, of course, are required, necessary and we urge their use. In the photo accompanying the commuter lane story, however, riders were boarding the vehicle in the parking lot.
