An attorney for Jack Trudeau says he has five witnesses who say the Indianapolis Colt quarterback did not strike an Indianapolis policeman.
John Moses, Trudeau’s attorney, said the Colt quarterback was talking with his girlfriend early Friday when a man passed and insulted the couple.
A fight ensued and officer Ricky Lee Dean said he was hit by Trudeau when he tried to break up the altercation.
