Deborah Shelton will return to “Dallas” in the role of Mandy Winger, mistress of J.R. Ewing, the actress’ publicist said. An outpouring of fan mail was one of the reasons for bringing her back to the CBS series, said Randa Handler. Earlier this season, Mandy headed for Hollywood to become an actress but is due back in Dallas next month.
