Cabinet Secretary Post to Be Filled by Woman

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will appoint Nancy J. Risque, a former White House official who now works for a Washington political consulting firm, as Cabinet secretary, White House spokesman Marlin Fitzwater announced Wednesday. Fitzwater said Risque will be the first woman to hold the position, which carries the rank of assistant to the President.
