SATURDAY LETTERS : WAVES

Enough already!

As the destiny of the dinosaurs, which once reigned supreme over the land but were eventually befelled by their environment, it was inevitable that the once mighty KMET would, too, find a similar fate.

People, get over it!

KMET broadcast a stagnant and tired old format that was No. 20 in the ratings for a reason: its music. The new format is a bold step in a direction that at least is not an imitation of anything we have heard in the city before.

Bravo to innovation! Nostalgia is great; change is greater. Three cheers for the new 97.4 FM, KTWV.
