UCLA Has Turned Into One-Man Wrecking Crew
- Share via
During the past 21 years of living and breathing UCLA basketball, I have never been more disappointed than this season. It’s extremely frustrating to adamantly follow the Bruin program only to witness Reggie Miller force silly shots while heavily guarded, thus creating easy defensive rebounds; to see Greg Foster lose his temper under the slightest adversity; to see perfect Pooh passes slip right through teammates’ hands; to see the Bruins stand flat-footed under the offensive and defensive boards (Wilson and Richardson are the only exceptions.)
The graduation of Reggie Miller this year will probably be a blessing. After he graduates, the Bruins will become a team, not a one-man wrecking crew.
