Oceanside City Official to Move
Margueretta Gulati, Oceanside’s redevelopment director for six years, has resigned effective Feb. 25 to become redevelopment director for the City of Riverside.
At Riverside, she will oversee seven redevelopment project areas. She said that her chief goal in her new post will be the development of a new performing arts center.
