A test of an unarmed U.S. cruise missile over Cold Lake in northern Canada was postponed for the second time in two days because of poor weather, a Canadian Forces spokeswoman said. The test was rescheduled for this morning. A test on Tuesday, the first after two crashes last year, was successful. On Friday, fog and drizzle prevented support aircraft from taking off from a U.S. Air Force Base in Oklahoma to accompany the B-52 bomber bearing the missile.
