Chinese Give a Rat’s Tail

Some Chinese lovers had to produce a rat’s tail to get a marriage license during China’s campaign to exterminate rodents, a newspaper said Sunday. Authorities said overzealous officials in some areas imposed the rule to reach their rat-death targets.
