KRISTOFFERSONISM

Share

As an ex-Soviet Jew, unlike Kristofferson and all others who flock to Soviet-staged propaganda shows, I do not believe that the Soviets have any “sincere desire for peace,” nor “genuine attempts to become more open.”

Should Kristofferson really desire to know something about the U.S.S.R. and life there, I urge him to read Alexander Solzhenitsyn’s works, and listen to Natan Sharansky--that’s the best way for a foreigner to grasp Soviet realities, not by tasting Kremlin-supplied delusions and caviar.

Before accusing anyone, or attempting to speak out about U.S. “injustices” in Nicaragua, I urge Kristofferson to do some basic research. If anything, ignorance will induce and force Americans to become “Amerikans.” It behooves a public figure not to be ignorant, and not to fall for very crude propaganda.
