Looking for Needy

Cheers for your story about Frances Hipp (“A True-to-Life Version of ‘Down and Out in Beverly Hills’ ” by Beth Ann Krier, Feb. 22).

If I had a room to spare, I’d look around for someone to occupy it. I think Poppy Paulos is an ace, risking her family so as to do wider good.

Without a doubt, some of the “haves” are being touched to the quick by your writing, and looking around their neighborhoods for the truly needy.
